Irrigation work will start at the end of March or beginning of April. If you have a specific date you would like the irrigation tech on your property, let us know via email at office@greenerimagelandscaping.net.

Construction crews are scheduling from late winter into early spring. If you have a project such as new walkways or a patio, or want to add a cobblestone apron on the driveway, cobblestone edging, or add a sitting wall or fire pit to an existing patio, contact Emir or Chris to get on the schedule before the spring and summer season starts.

End of 2015 Summer Season Landscaping

Labor Day has gone by and it is currently 95 degrees in Falmouth!! Who says summer is over??

The landscape crews are still out there pruning and shaping ornamental trees and shrubs. Call Sean in the office at 508-495-1181 to schedule a maintenance crew for pruning and Fall clean-up and weeding.

We are currently scheduling plant installs for September and ask us about designing a Halloween or Thanksgiving display for your planting beds. Call Josh at 508-495-1181 for any planting ideas or to upgrade, design or change current planting beds.

Along with the Fall comes irrigation turn offs. It is not too early to schedule the time and date for the turn off. Please keep in mind the system needs to be shut down and drained of any water before the ground freezes sometime in December.

We are scheduling Fall property clean-ups. If you are having a Holiday party and would like the property in top shape, please let us know the date so we can schedule a crew for your property. If you would like an estimate for a Fall clean-up, please call Marlis at 508-495-1181, to schedule an appointment for a property walk thru with Emir, Chris, or Sean.

Snow Mold – Power Raking – Spring Aeration

Due to the large (historic) amount of snow, lawn areas may need extra attention. Power raking and Spring aeration are a must this year. The power raking will help remove thatch that was left from last season and lawn aeration opens up the roots to allow fertilizer, oxygen, and water to reach the roots more effectively. Aeration will allow the roots to spread.

Lawn diseases may be more prevalent this Spring season. One of our concerns this season is snow mold. Snow mold happens as snow melts and appears as a straw like patch in the grass and can either be gray or pink. These areas need to be raked to remove any existing thatch. Damage is usually not that serious, although it looks very bad when you see it. Re-seeding may be necessary to restore the health of your lawn.
